What is CTW Events?
CTW Events delivers hands-on, turnkey CSR experiences that combine team building with social impact. We help corporate groups give-back to the community by packing kits that support hygiene, food security, and education — all tied to measurable outcomes.
What types of events do you offer?
We offer four signature experiences:
- Soap Saves Lives (hygiene kits)
- Purposeful Pantry Experience (shelf-stable food boxes)
- Empowering Education Experience (school supply kits)
- Delivering Dignity Experience (care packages)
Each experience is designed for team engagement and aligns with specific impact goals (like SDG 2, 3, and 4).
How long are the activations?
Anywhere from 45 minutes to a multiday activation, depending on group size and goals. Each experience includes a kickoff, guided kit build, photo moment, and wrap-up.
What’s included in your services?
Everything. We handle:
- Kit materials + shipping
- On-site staffing and facilitation (if applicable)
- Post-event reporting
How many people can participate?
As few or as many as you can get. We scale the number of kits and event plan to fit your program.
Do you need a lot of space?
We’re flexible. A ballroom, breakout room, or even an open-air space can work.
Can we co-brand the experience with our client or destination?
Yes! Branding opportunities include:
- Branded impact signage
- Client logos on the post-event impact report
- Branded photo ops.
