The Hygiene Kit-Build – A Collaborative Volunteer Experience
CTW Events was thrilled to host the Hygiene Kit Build at IMEX Frankfurt 2025, offering attendees a unique, hands-on volunteer experience. Participants came together to assemble hygiene kits filled with essential toiletries, including bamboo toothbrushes, dental tablets, shower gel, and shampoo. These kits were then donated to Bahnhofsmission Frankfurt, a local charity that provides immediate, free support to those in need.

Real, Local Impact
A total of 600 hygiene kits were packed and donated over the course of the event. Showcasing the incredible opportunity and impact large events can have, by simply organising and partnering with impact organisations like CTW Events.
Bahnhofsmission Frankfurt, a local NGO in the Frankfurt community, supports those in acute need, received the hygiene kits and distributed them to individuals experiencing homelessness, travel distress, and other hardships. The kits provided immediate relief and comfort to individuals in times of hardship.

IMEX has committed to achieving net-zero emissions by 2030 and is actively working to create events that make a positive impact on both the environment and society. The Power of Volunteerism: Simple Acts, Big Impact
One of the most inspiring aspects for attendees of the Hygiene Kit Build was how accessible it was. The volunteer experience allowed participants to stop by during breaks in their busy schedules and contribute to a cause larger than themselves. In just a few minutes, volunteers helped assemble kits that would make a real difference for those in need.
