Returning to the heart of the events industry in Frankfurt
Last spring we travelled to Messe Frankfurt to introduce purpose‑led team‑building at Europe’s biggest meetings show. After an incredible response to our hygiene‑kit build in 2025, the CTW Events team is thrilled to return for IMEX Frankfurt 2026.
This year’s trade show runs from Tuesday 19 May to Thursday 21 May 2026, following a free day of specialist education on Monday 18 May[1].
IMEX brings together the global business‑events community over four action‑packed days in Frankfurt, allowing planners to meet suppliers and destinations from around the world, gain inspiration from industry innovators and connect with peers at countless social events[2].

Design Matters – the 2026 IMEX talking point
This year IMEX’s talking point is “Design Matters.”
According to the show organisers, good design goes beyond aesthetics; it’s how venues and experiences work, feel and change us[7].
When attention is scarce, it’s the visual, emotional and experiential design that helps brands and events stand out[8].
The World Economic Forum predicts that creative thinking and curiosity will be among the most‑in‑demand skills by 2030[9], and with Frankfurt named World Design Capital 2026[10], IMEX is inviting the global events community to embrace design as a business superpower.
Join our kit‑build experience at Messe Frankfurt
Purpose and social impact sit at the heart of CTW Events’ mission. In 2025 we collaborated with IMEX to host an on‑floor Hygiene Kit Build, inviting attendees to assemble kits containing bamboo toothbrushes, dental tablets, shower gel and shampoo for donation to the local charity Bahnhofsmission Frankfurt[11].
Over just three days, 600 hygiene kits were packed and donated[12]—a simple volunteer experience that enriched participants’ visits and provided immediate support to people facing hardship[13].
This year we’re bringing the kit‑build back!
Visit us at in Hall 8, stand B740 to join a hands‑on activity that aligns perfectly with IMEX’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
Drop by between meetings to spend a few minutes assembling a kit; each one will be donated to a local Frankfurt organisation supporting people experiencing homelessness and travel distress. As we like to say, “Each kit comes with the essentials … but the most important part of the set is YOU”[14].
